1. About Pasti Bisa

Pasti Bisa is an educational platform based in Indonesia, offering English language training and vocational learning programs, including immersive learning experiences using IMMERSE VR technology. Our mission is to empower individuals—particularly those from vulnerable backgrounds—to develop skills that support dignified employment and personal growth.

2. Eligibility

By using our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old, or
  • You have consent from a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18.

Our programs may have additional eligibility requirements (e.g., placement tests or program-specific criteria).

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our website and services responsibly and legally.

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform.
  • Copy, distribute, or resell any content or materials without written permission.
  • Impersonate others or submit false information.

All fees are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise noted.

All content on the Pasti Bisa platform—including text, images, curriculum materials, videos, and VR content—is owned by BISA or our partners.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written approval.

7. Third-Party Technology & Content

Pasti Bisa may integrate third-party tools such as IMMERSE VR.

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, but we work to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to create a safe, positive, and effective learning environment.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues,
  • Losses caused by user misuse,
  • Actions of third-party providers.

Your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Violations of these Terms,
  • Harmful or abusive behavior,
  • Fraudulent activities.

You may also stop using the platform at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updates.
